Our Story
Stingray Advisory Group was founded because we believe that every small business owner deserves access to expert guidance and hands-on support, without the overwhelm that often comes with managing day-to-day operations.
Over the past 10+ years, we've supported more than 305 small businesses, logging over 10,000 hours of direct client work. Our team brings 30+ years of combined expertise in marketing, financial management and strategic planning.
What sets us apart is our commitment to doing more than just advising – we partner with you in action. We don't just create plans; we implement them alongside you, providing education, support and accountability every step of the way.

Leandra has over 15 years of expertise in leadership, sales and marketing. She earned her BBA and MBA from Davenport University. Leandra is actively involved in the community, serving on boards, councils and committees.
Danielle Covert
Financial Coordinator
Danielle is patient with an eye for detail. She enjoys solving puzzles and creating Excel sheets. With years of financial management experience and a BA from Grand Valley State University, she is passionate about helping those around her.
